It is a requirement at Monteith Towing that customers have their keys when we provide towing services. This allows us to open and close the doors to turn on the ignition, headlights, and put car in neutral when needed, so please make sure you have your keys on hand when you call us.
Monteith Towing does not file insurance policy claims. Most car insurance policies won’t cover the cost of towing when there has been a mechanical issue, but they may reimburse you for towing if you’ve been in a collision. If you have a roadside assistance add-on to your policy, this usually covers towing up to a certain distance.
Payment for services is to be paid on site prior to services being delivered. We accept cash and credit card payments processed through square.
We strive to provide prompt service, usually within 30 minutes of calling. The response time may vary based on your location and traffic conditions, but we work diligently to get to you as quickly as possible.
